We came here for a hen weekend in June and the reception and bar area were really beautiful! Because the casino entrance is in the reception, they all flock around outside it in reception , the pimps were siting in the bar area there are usually about 2 or 3 of them they sit and read a newspaper all night long , we left te bar at 3.
The security men in reception are all part of it. They tell the girls which men to go and hit on and they inform them when a group of lads enter the hotel!! Everything was actually recorded on video so I will add it later!
When we confronted the security guards about this they told the girls and people behind reception to keep quiet or thr would be serious trouble. They didnt realise that one of the girls we were with could speek fluent Spanish!!
Overall this hotel is stunning, its not a place for families ATAL! I am not one to take time to write reviews although I do always read them before booking, so should return the favor. I tend to dismiss the people who complain about rude hotel staff and often find it a little comical how petty many people's complaints sound. As an incredibly frequent business traveler, I have pretty low expectations of service.
But I have never had such a maddening experience as my recent stay for vacation, with my husband as we did at this hotel.
