We were passing Eetkunst Asmara as Jonas, the owner, was opening up. We stopped to talk and he invited us to come in and look at the menu.
There were so many delicious offering that we decided simply to let the chef that would be Jonas give us his choice, with a preference for chicken as the meat. When we returned later he had our dinner already prepared, so no waiting I suggest you do this, otherwise he cooks to order. It was superb! Spiced just right. We said we like "hot" food, but not the kind that burns inside you for days. He his it perfectly.
I also tried the Eritrean Honey Beer which was excellent. He has others, including different beers and wines - I suggest you try them all.
