They took care of everything and you can always trust that things go as agreed, with a precice timetable. Day trips, excursions, airport transfer etc. The hotel is also easily visited by walking, right in the centre of the city at Negruzzi Square.

I have nice memories of my trip to Moldova. I stayed there in and it was a typical former Soviet hotel fulfilling all according cliches and unless it has been completely refurbished, I wonder a bit about the positive reviews.
I positively recall the completely drunk barkeeper in the hotel bar somewhere on the higher floors who couldn't talk any more and poured free drinks - and the two prostitutes - one tall and skinny, one short and bold - who always popped up there when we had a good night's drink there.
