Like before, please just come in at your appointment time unless we text you otherwise. When calling press one for same day bookings, two for advance bookings, and zero to speak with the manager. Like always make sure you call from a number we can text you at. Please no text apps, private or blocked numbers. Thanks to our many clients who have already enrolled in our new booking system.
Creating an account is now required to make appointments at Premier, but registering is quick, easy and discreet. We are encouraging all our clients to send us detailed feedback on your Premier experiences to help us improve and make our spa the very best it can be for you.
We will be regularly having a draw for free door fees for clients who participate! If you prefer to submit your review anonymously that is also an option. We have enhanced many of our procedures for your comfort and safety while ensuring we are in full compliance with all health protocols and guidance issued by the Government of Ontario and the City of Toronto.
All of our facilities are thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners daily, and there will now be an extended time between every appointment for your room to be fully cleaned and sanitized and all towels and linens replaced. Plexiglass has been installed at the front desk for your protection. All high touch surfaces in the entrance and reception areas are regularly cleaned, and hand sanitizer will be available for your use when you first arrive. Our ladies will use the same room for their entire shift, and will always sanitize their hands before first arriving for your session.
The city of Toronto requires that masks must be worn in all public places. We kindly request all clients to please be wearing your own mask before entering the spa. Your temperature will be checked upon arrival to the spa. Our most important new safety feature is that we now only allow one client in the reception area at a time, and no one is permitted to be in the waiting room.
