Seems to be where the locals shop and eat. Paltas, pan, fish, meat, olives, nuts, dried fruit - all this and more, super affordable and fresh. Unlike the hideous Central Market across the river, this is where locals shop. No hassling tourists, you can walk around without being bothered and look at all the fresh produce.
The stand is near the Baeza entrance of the market. Just ask. And the service is fantastic. Cash or debit cards. This market clearly is a place for locals not tourists like the central market.
