Contact Admin. The beach is beautiful. Cleaning staff does a good job with what they have to work with! Every night entertainment is pretty good, they do make an effort.
Staff is friendly and service is good. Rooms are old and basically trash, small and ucky. The same food is served for every lunch and dinner. And, lol they serve cold french fries for breakfast! We were told by the Manager that we would be charged one thing, then when we checked out it was not that way at all. We arrived with a group of 41 family and friends. Many of us have been to Mayanabo numerous times and it is always fun to introduce new people to this resort and this area.
The beach restaurant is open again for meals in the evening. The schedule varies so you had to reserve so they have an idea how many people will be coming. They have started to renovate 28 rooms in building 2. They have changed the furniture in the a la carte restaurant next to the dining room.
They have redecorated the lobby area. They have also redecorated the home club bar also. The renovations are not disturbing the guests and this will make it even better for us.
